El Roque Fuerteventura is a very quiet hamlet located immediately outside El Cotillo just off the main road. As El Roque is only 1km/10 minutes easy walk into El Cotillo village, and the beaches, it is an ideal place for a family holiday for anyone wanting a villa and a private swimming pool.
There are some beautiful villas in El Roque, most with swimming pools, and many with views of El Cotillo and the sea. The holiday accommodation in El Cotillo itself comprises either apartments or hotels, so if you want a big villa for a large family then one of these in El Roque is a great choice.
There are no bars or restaurants in El Roque so you need to go into El Cotillo for these.
El Roque has its own fiesta that takes place over the course of a week, usually in early August.
El Roque is pronounced “El Rocky” and translates as The Rook.

This is a large newly built luxury villa with all the comforts of home.
It has a beautifully landscaped swimming pool area with a jacuzzi (5 places), relaxation bed, sun loungers, chairs, barbecue etc.
The villa also offers a WIFI connection, a flat large-screen TV, DVD / DIVX player. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. The very modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The pool is very private and sheltered. For those who enjoy exercise, the pool is very large at 12.5 meters in length and 5 meters wide. Outdoor pergolas and dining facilities provide plenty of shade when required. There are eight sun loungers and a large garden.

Villa Mila has three double bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. A bedroom can be converted to two single beds if required. The open plan living, dining and fitted kitchen area looks out onto the pool area.
The swimming pool is heated to a constant 25ºC. The area around the pool has a table and chairs, sunbeds and a gas bbq/plancha. Wifi and a large flat screen tv with DVD / DIVX player.
